You have found a home or a building site that you want. We will contact the vendor’s lawyer and get a copy of the title deeds for the property and the Contract.
We will then study the deeds for the property and make sure all legal formalities are taken care of and arrange for you to sign the Contract.
Special Conditions may be inserted into the Contract tailored to your specific instructions. Once the Contract is accepted, all title matters are in order and we have received the purchase money, we will then complete your purchase.
